Tattooing
Custom tattoos across a wide range of styles, from smaller pieces through to full-day and multi-session projects. Tell us your idea and we will match you with the artist whose style suits it best.
Cover-ups & reworks: want to cover, improve or rework an existing tattoo? Send clear, well-lit photos of the current tattoo with your enquiry and the team will advise on the best approach — including laser fading first where it helps.
Body Piercing
Body piercing is available at three of our four studios — West Bromwich, Wolverhampton and Shirley. Our experienced piercers use quality jewellery and give clear aftercare advice.
Piercing is not offered at our Pelsall studio.
Laser Tattoo Removal
Laser tattoo removal and fading is available at our West Bromwich studio — whether you want a tattoo gone completely or lightened ready for a cover-up.

Training – New Identity Academy
Want to work in the industry? Our sister company, New Identity Academy, runs accredited, hands-on training courses in body piercing, laser tattoo removal, laser hair removal and semi-permanent makeup — taught by professionals with over 15 years of experience.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers for any New Identity studio, paid directly to the studio you choose. Your voucher will be emailed to you within 48 hours and is valid for 12 months from purchase.
