How do I book?
Use the enquiry form and choose your studio. The team will reply to discuss your idea, match you with an artist and arrange a consultation or appointment.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes — all appointments require a deposit, and all deposits are non-refundable. Your studio will confirm the amount when you book.
How old do I need to be?
It is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18, so please bring valid photographic ID on the day of your appointment (passport or driving licence). Piercing age requirements vary by piercing — please ask your studio.
How should I prepare for my tattoo?
Get a good night’s sleep, eat a proper meal beforehand, stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for 24 hours. Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area.
How do I look after my new tattoo?
Your artist will talk you through aftercare and give you written instructions. Keep it clean, follow the moisturising advice, avoid swimming and sunbeds while it heals, and don’t pick or scratch.
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
You may reschedule your appointment a maximum of two times, provided you give at least 7 days’ notice before the appointment each time. If you give less than 7 days’ notice, the deposit will be lost.
Do you do cover-ups?
Yes. Send clear, well-lit photos of the existing tattoo with your enquiry and the team will advise whether a cover-up, rework or laser fading first is the best option.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — tattoo finance is available with Klarna and Clearpay, subject to eligibility. See how tattoo finance works.
How do gift vouchers work?
Buy online for a specific studio. Your voucher will be emailed to you within 48 hours with a unique code. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and can only be redeemed at the studio chosen.
Do you offer piercing?
Body piercing is available at three of our four studios — West Bromwich, Wolverhampton and Shirley. Piercing is not offered at Pelsall.
What are your opening hours?
All four studios are open Monday to Saturday, 10:00am – 5:00pm.
Do you offer laser tattoo removal?
Yes, at our West Bromwich studio.
